Who operates DraftKings in Ontario?

For DraftKings in Ontario, look to the company running the service when identifying the business behind it, rather than the bodies responsible for regulating gambling in the province: Crown DK CAN Ltd. is the Ontario operator.

In Ontario, DraftKings is regulated by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) with iGaming Ontario. These bodies have the regulatory role, distinct from the company running the service.
