Is DraftKings available in Canada?

For Ontario, an Ontario public record says players can open a DraftKings account and bet on sports.

The province attached to the account and betting activity matters. Check that your location matches the province whose terms and age requirement you are relying on before you try to use the sportsbook.

Finding an app is a separate step from meeting the applicable provincial condition. The App Store listing shows a DraftKings app for iOS, and Google Play shows an Android app for Canada. Those listings help you identify the available app, while the province remains relevant to betting access.

Use the button on this page to open DraftKings at draftkings.com, then check the requirements for your province and the sportsbook. The official Ontario record names the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) with iGaming Ontario.

If access does not match your province, check the operator’s current requirements before trying again.
